Harvest: Manual in trays, March 2016.Vines: Granitic soils, on the river Banks of the Maule River, no irrigation, rootstock, head/goblet trellis system Winemaking: Manual crushing with a “Zaranda de Coligüe” (Bed of bamboo sticks), both grapes are crushed together in open fermented with native yeast, manual punch downs, 10-15 days. No press, only first juice.
Aging : 12 months in refurbished Chilean Raulí Fudre, manual bottling, no filtration, only first juice.
Annual production: 1100 Bottles. Suggested serving T°: 12-14°C
